RTGS/NEFT
Goa Electricity Department is now introducing the facility for paying the Electricity bills of Consumers using RTGS/NEFT through their Bank and need to remit the funds to the bank account of GOA Electricity Department.
Consumer Registration:
Consumer signup and login function allows users to sign up and login easily with their accounts to GED for making the payment through RTGS/NEFT. It is mandatory to fill all the details present on sign up page for the registration.
In Registration process, customer/user can enter their consumer number (if there are more than one consumers then user has to enter any one of the consumer number). After entering the entire mandatory details user will get the OTP to complete the registration process on the registered mobile number.
OTP Screen for Authentication:
After entering the information on registration page, user will get the OTP on a mobile number that is entered at the time of Registration. After entering the OTP Registration process will get completed, and the Login Id will be shared to user for the Login, the password will be the same, that user has entered at the time of Registration. OTP will remain valid for 3 mins. If user is unable to enter the OTP within 3 mins, then OTP will get expired and after clicking on Resend OTP, new OTP will be sent to User on Registered Mobile Number.
After Submitting OTP registration process will get completed.
